Using Equibinder

By creating an account or submitting our contact form, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your content

You own everything you put into Equibinder. We need a limited license to display, store, and process it on your behalf so the product works. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don’t upload anyone else’s confidential records without permission.
• Don’t use the product to harass, defame, or defraud others.
• Don’t try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Subscription

The owner plan is billed monthly. Add or archive horses any time; we adjust the next bill accordingly. You can cancel from your account, and your data stays exportable for 30 days after.

AI features

Document scanning, calendar parsing, and other AI features are assistants — they help, but you are the one who reviews and approves what gets saved. We are not responsible for any mis-classification you don’t catch and approve.

Liability

Equibinder is provided “as is”. We are not a substitute for professional veterinary, legal, or financial advice. Our liability is limited to fees you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll let you know in-product. Continuing to use Equibinder after the update means you accept the new version.
